1. Who we are

Shadow Cast (lab.inivech.com) is operated by MoScale, Room D5, 5/F, King Yip Factory Building, No. 59 King Yip St, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to MoScale. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Products and prices

We show the product, its colors and photos as accurately as we can, but screens can display colors slightly differently. Prices are shown in your currency and include all taxes. We may correct obvious pricing errors and, if an order was placed at a wrong price, we will contact you before shipping and refund you if you prefer.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; we never see or store your card details. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, and we will refund any amount paid.

4. Shipping, taxes and import duties

We ship worldwide with tracking. For most destinations shipping is Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): taxes and import duties are included in the price and you will not be asked to pay anything at delivery. If an exceptional regulation in your country prevents this, we will tell you before shipping. Estimated delivery is 7 to 12 business days.

5. Returns and guarantee

You can return the product within 30 days of delivery, as explained in our Shipping and Returns policy. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, this includes your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which you can exercise without giving a reason. The legal guarantee of conformity applies to every product.

6. Liability

Use the product as described in its instructions. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the product, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. If you have a problem, write to us first at [email protected]; EU consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
