Shipping and Returns

Processing and delivery

Orders ship within 24 hours on business days. Tracked delivery takes 7 to 12 business days to most countries; you receive the tracking number by email. Delays caused by customs inspections or the carrier are outside our control, but we will help you follow up.

Nothing to pay at delivery

For most destinations prices include taxes and import duties (DDP), so the courier will not ask you for anything. If your country is an exception, we will contact you before shipping.

Returns within 30 days

You can return the product within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Write to [email protected] with your order number and we will send you the return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the product is defective or not as described.

Right of withdrawal (EU and UK)

Consumers in the EU and the UK can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, by sending us a clear statement (an email is enough). We refund the full amount, including the original shipping cost if any, within 14 days of receiving your statement; we may wait until we receive the product back.

Damaged or defective products

If the product arrives damaged or stops working because of a defect, send us a photo or video at [email protected]. We ship a replacement free of charge, and you do not need to return the damaged one.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method (card or PayPal) and usually appear within 5 to 10 days, depending on your bank.

Returns go to Room D5, 5/F, King Yip Factory Building, No. 59 King Yip St, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Please do not send anything before contacting us, so we can give you the right instructions for your country.
