1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect and why

When you order we collect your name, email, shipping address and the details of your order, to deliver it, send you the confirmation and tracking, handle returns and meet our tax and accounting obligations. We do not create customer accounts and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

3. Payments

Payments are handled directly by Stripe or PayPal, who receive the data they need to process the payment and prevent fraud. We never receive or store your full card number.

4. Who we share data with

Our hosting provider and Cloudflare, the content delivery network that serves this site quickly and securely around the world; the carriers that deliver your order; and Stripe or PayPal for payments. Some of them may process data outside your country, under the safeguards required by law.

5. Cookies

We only set one cookie of our own, which remembers the currency you choose (30 days). Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies. If we add analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for your consent first.

6. How long we keep it

Order data is kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (usually up to 10 years). Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
